SPRING 2015

Grades 2 through 8 Girls & Boys

Practices start April 6th!

Games start April 12th!

What is D-League?

The D-League is designed to be both competitive and instructional serving girls and boys interested in developing their skills, while competing in an organized and structured environment. Practices and games will be held at local schools in the area.

MBA provides professional coaches, professional referees and uniforms. Our turnkey solution gives players the opportunity to learn, have fun and compete locally.

New players learn the fundamentals, multi-sport players can enjoy playing basketball without making a year-round commitment, elite players can challenge their skills by playing up a grade, as well as have the opportunity to learn and play at different positions.

Each team will practice once a week for one hour and play one game on Saturday or Sunday.

We encourage pre formed teams to enter our league. If you have a group of 10 or more players, no additional players will be added to your team.

We encourage friends to play together. Parents should email us friend requests to ensure they are placed on the same team.  If requesting to be placed with a friend/friends, all parents need to send in request.

The Maryland Basketball Academy (MBA) offers an exciting year round opportunity to enhance individual and team skills. The smaller team size increases offensive and defensive opportunities for each player as well as encourages teamwork through basic fundamental team play (pick and rolls, give and go’s, back door cuts, etc.)

The MBA 3 on 3 program is designed to help
players improve all aspects of their game regardless of current skill level. Our program combines skill development training with 3 on 3 games.
